Antler Hunter In Training!
Haley was a real trooper on her first antler hunt this year. She seems to be a natural - although she seems to need a bigger backpack!
It was so much fun to watch Haley practice her antler hunting skills. We think that all of her Easter Egg hunting at Grammie and Grandpa's house has helped with her skills!
We were glad to have cooperative weather to get out and look for antlers. A full wheel barrel load was a great score for the day! Haley was also very busy at Grammie and Grandpas cleaning the yard and planting potatoes.
Ern Made a custom fit lining with his hiking boot that allows him to fly and get around a bit easier while his tendon continues to heal. We were both so glad to just get out and about for the day.
I had so much fun running around and looking for antlers. It has been a long time since I have done that sort of thing. It was an easy day of walking around but I am so out of shape it felt like I climbed a few mountains!
