Grandma and I bought this old toy car at a garage sale for five bucks. Haley loved it and insisted that I ride along with her. She really enjoyed watching me fall off the back and wanted to do it again and again. It was fun to play along and hear her cute little mischievous laugh. Things weren't made to the same child proof standards back then - She did a good job running her self over and getting caught in the antique gear. She thought that was great fun also!
Learning Physics at The Playground
We have been to at least one playground each day. Haley has learned allot about climbing and falling. The slope and rise and run of each slide and climbing structure is unique and brings on a new challenge for problem solving. It is especially fun to watch Haley's reaction to each new slide ending that she encounters. She never complains and is eager to go down again and again until she achieves a graceful landing!
