And it rained and it rained and it rained! Rain, drizzle, mist -- one of them ever present for days and nights and into a week it seemed! The kids did not care. Work needed to happen and it had no time to wait for a rain break or for a ray of sunshine to peek out. Kai did great just like Haley did when she was his age, he was just glad to be close to all the action. He appears to want to take in the bigger picture of things where Haley still seems to want to focus on one detail at a time. 
I will post more pics and stories about our trip soon and have not forgotten that there is still a Nushagak fishing story to complete!
