The Time Has Come!
The snow is melting and it is time to start hunting for antlers. We started with a short one today to give Haley a chance to get her feet wet. And she did - literally. No antlers were found today but Haley spotted a treasured find that surpassed any stinky old antler. Hiding in the brush was a kite just waiting for a new owner to find it. She used her binoculars to check it out from a fair five foot distance away! Score! It had a string and everything and the wind was blowing just strong enough to give it a test run before we headed home.
