It's Still Here

How many photos can you take of your kids in their snow gear, kids on sleds, kids bundled in strollers, and in car seats? It is getting brighter and warmer by the day, but winter is still here! Kai still seems to be at his best when he is out waking in the fresh air, so we usually get out at least twice a day even if it is for only 20 minutes. I admit - it is often a painful process getting them ready to go out. Kai cries the whole time getting ready and Haley usually runs away despite the fact she is excited to go play! The pictures will make me laugh one day! It is a relief to all of us once we are ready to go and the garage door opens. It's as if the first hit of fresh air improves the spirits of everyone - the kids are instantly quiet......AHHHHHHHHHH... --- OH -- but then the dogs begin with their LOUD and excited barking and the fleeting moment of silence is gone!
