I can't say every moment of the last twelve weeks have felt 'wonderful'! I love hearing the funny stories from my other 'mom friends' with two kids. All of our lives are so different but so very much the same in many ways and I bet the dads could say the same thing! All in all things have gone really well and I just love our new little guy! He makes the early mornings a bit easier with his cute smiles and little coos! He does not get quite the same level of treatment that Haley did! She was always dressed with just the right clothing and gear for what ever we did - Kai is dressed in lots of Haley's left over pink winter gear of with some socks for gloves and a trash bag for an extra layer for those snowy or windy early morning outings. I laugh when a look behind me and see that he is attached to me by a few bungee cords and a suitcase strap in his car seat strapped to the sled. He looks so content just to be out and moving! There are times when I would much rather take a nap than to pull him along outside but the whole family is in much better spirits when we get out for a bit of fresh air!
