My friend Mary said it best when she saw this photo and said that Haley at least knows how to 'look' the sick part real well! Her spurts of energy have been short this last week but we have gotten out as much as what makes the most sense.
She is glad to get to the playground but it is not difficult to tell when she has run out of steam!
No matter how bad she has felt she still insists on taking care of her dolly and taking her everywhere! --I think she will make a good Momma some day!
We have been playing lots of blocks and poly dolls in the evening and she always has a new remodel idea and adventure for the family to do. Ern is still gone fishing but this seems to be her time to pretend he is here and her "Daddy Polly Doll" is always there doing something with the Haley polly doll.
She looks brighter tonight and I'm hopeful that tomorrow will be a more normal day - I admit - I will miss all of the extra snuggling she has been asking for lately. Our typical healthy little independent girl is not much into the snuggling thing!
