Intro To Botnay For Pre-Schoolers

We did a family hike at Arctic Valley today. The Kids had fun despite the wind and rain! We checked out the progress on the berries that will soon be ripe for picking, stepped over lots of bear poop, and picked on of each kind of flower that we found and learned its name. Haley is getting quite good at identifying all sorts of things that she finds along the way!
Little Kai Enjoyed his back seat ride on my shoulders and had lots of squeaks and grunts to add to our conversations.

The Bear Paw Festival

Haley has been waiting since spring to go the the Bear Paw Festival. No photos of the day prior at the parade but the kids had an awesome time. Haley ended up with more candy that was passed and thrown than she received on Halloween and Kai loved watching all the action passing by. Today we went back to enjoy the rides and were happy to have Uncle Brian and Aunt Lugina join us. Haley was determined to ride the Ferris Wheel this year and warmed up first on the Merry go round.

Kai was just happy to take in all the sites again today and was proud to travel around in his car.

Everyone Says that Kai looks the most like his Uncle Brian. He is happy to hear that and he adores Kai Quite a bit!

Sunshine, and an ice cream cone were a good way to complete a fun day!
