The Last of Our Fun Filled Days in Wisconsin

October is Here and Fall is In The Air!

Our time in Wisconsin is slowly coming to a close. We are having a great time and it is so fun to watch Haley bond with the people she is spending time with. She continues to learn so much and you can tell she enjoys the surprises on all of our faces each time she tries a new trick or response. I especially like watching her run, tease, and laugh. She has such a great love for everything and everyone around her and she makes a point to include everyone and inquire if someone or something is missing. She is quite to snuggler these days but this happens on her time only. I am happy to exchange hugs and kisses when she is in the mood to give them out.

The weather has changed from summer to fall while we have been here. Last week it was shorts and sprinklers and this week it is hats and sweatshirts. Every day continues to be beautiful in its own way and it is nice to watch the leaves slowly change into their beautiful rainbow of colors.

I have loved every day here just doing the simple things and being a part of every day life as it happens around here. The local park in my town is amazing and we have been there almost every day. The farm market that was in the country when I grew up is still there and is pretty much the same and we have found excuses to make several trips out there just to walk around and enjoy all the pretty flowers, pumpkins, and vegetables. Uncle Jim and Aunt Connie made the long drive to day to visit us before we leave. It was so nice to visit with them and Haley really enjoyed playing with her Uncle!

We love everyone and we will miss them very much! Both Haley and I will be glad to see Ern, She is old enough to miss him and ask for him each day. She has lots of new words and tricks to show him! As usual, I took lots of pictures! It is always hard to pick a few for the blog. If you want to see more, click on the link below:
